why do most people still stick with bootstrap even though there are simpler drag-and-drop site builders like webflow, weebly,

It's like this. Let's say today's your close friend's birthday and you have been learning to bake a cake. So, will you try to bake him a cake or buy a cake from a bread shop instead? Of course you will try to use what you learned to do something good rather than just buy a cake. It's the same too in web developing. I personally love to code with vanilla CSS and JS because it's more fun.
