How to write Android programs on Windows XP SP3?

I want to develop apps for Android OS. But My Laptop can't launch a Android Studio. Which Other IDE can I use to develop Android apps?

The easiest method is really just to upgrade from Windows XP. I don't think you'd want to go through the fuss of installing Eclipse and getting it to work with Android SDK on XP... Thanks for your answer Hatsy Rei! Do 2GB RAM and Intel D 220 celeron (One core, 1.5GHz Max) supports Android Studio (After updating Windows)?
