There are various differences between them, but to sum it up, the main difference between html (hyper text markup language) and css (cascading style sheet) is that html is the structure of the Web page which means it is the main part of the web page because it is the importance of a Web page after all which have contents which u want ur Web page to have, and css does nothing more than to style ur web page, it gives life to ur Web page It makes ur Web page attractive, u can't have css without html but u can have html without css

There's a lot of differences between HTML and CSS. HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language while CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. Simply we can say that HTML is used to construct a structure of a webpage while CSS is used with HTML to design the layout, looks and presentation of the webpages.
