Sololearn challenges ask things that weren't in the course.

I've recently completed the c# course, and with that done I thought I could easily complete challenges, but I've noticed that they asked things they haven't even mentioned, why is that?

It is a message for us to continue studying, books, videos, etc. Courses cover more fundamental aspects :)

The tutorials will teach you the basics, but c# is much more. But if you will keep working with c# to learn new things you will master all challenges soon! :)

Because several of the challenges are meant to test the limits of your ability to think about the process. This process is not something that's taught.
