Should you bench 200 lbs for 4 minutes straight? As much as I am enthusiastic when it comes to programming, I wouldn't want to do that. 4 hours straight at 3 to 7 in the morning sounds like not only would it be ineffective, but also harmful to your overall health.

I would say that is good practice, provided you are getting enough sleep.

You'll have to play it by ear a bit. If you study for 4 hours and you can stay concentrated and at your speed, you're probably fine. If you get into trouble understanding the material after some time in and the learning becomes sluggish, it's probably more efficient to take a break. As long as your performance doesn't suffer, (obviously) the more the better.

I think it would be best to find a teacher to help you out.

It's not bad to practice but try to focus more on ur logics . If ur good enough with ur logics u can easily build up in to a good programmer. Good luck

->Depends on yourself. ->If you only want to practice, it is good. But, remember "Your Health is also important"
