When do i program something real?

Question

When would a programmer program something real like an app or something graphical other then a plain console command please keep inmind I am new and only studying. Mainly writing console code learning the language so i am new to this world and I just want to know so I am excite and don't only see a never ending path? Also is there other things I would have to learn other then c# coding or noncoding? Thanks any information will be appreciated!

keep in mind that sololearn limits the language so it can run on an app. I don't know about c#, but in sololearn python they limit what modules you can use, which you would normally use for more serious stuff. I'm guessing they did something similar to c#. So do it outside of sololearn, on a pc. If you still have no idea, make a game in unity with c#.

i started making small games in unity 5 using c# when i knew the basic knowledge of it. it's really simple when you get used to it
