Why I can't use quiz factory to suggest a question in PHP?

When I open the Quiz Factory, I can write the question but the only languages I can use is Swift and C. How can I get access to add question in PHP?

Yes strange. There is definitely a need for other questions in php. They did not cover 20% of the php options.
