div tags or html5 tags

Hello guys,

I have a question, may be a stupid one but I need know from experts :D

For create a webpage these days we use tags like <div id="header"></div>,<div id="nav>
</div>,<div id="container"></div>, <div id="footer"></div>, or <header>, <nav>,<footer>.
