Future is not certain. It constantly changes in fraction of time. Even you see your future, it's not certain. That's why Lord Shri Krishna have said, "Karm karo, Phal ki chinta mat karo (You just do your work. Don't think about its result)."

Even the past doesnt exist anymore. It is an abstract term for memories of what happened before the present.

Similarly, the future is an abstract term for events that will transpire *after* the present
