But why Microsoft visual studio Bilbo Baggins it is already too much heavy software...just simply install python and then pip and then bottle...then download VS code editor and start developing project from scratch

Actually some people are confused between Simple VS code and visual studio normally people use in Windows to develop .Net and C# based projects

Creating development environment in Windows is little typical, sometimes when we try install or uninstall something then it affects whole system, and all things becomes messy....this is not in case of Linux systems or Mac OS

Simplest is Bottle. You can generate (and debug) a little project based on it even in Microsoft Visual Studio, installing the python add-on.

I said that for people coming from C++ or C#, used to debug with VS.
