Can python supplant javascript?

Is it possible to use python instead of javascript 100%?

You can't use python to replace JS as this OOP plays a very important role in website creation.
Python can rather be used for back end development using django framework but Js is a member of the web trinity and therefore can't be replaced 100% by python.
