Which is better language to learn Python or c#

Question

If it is python is there any software that can design the UI as in c sharp whichs ui is simply designable in Visual Studio with mouse hand free scaling controls and easily changing properties and it does not want any more coding to design ui.

Usually a programming language that does the calculations and makes stuff happen works together with other languages or addons that add the visual, interactive component.

For Javascript, it's css and html.
For Python it's tkinter.
For C++ it's Qt and so on.

(These are only examples, there are always other ways.)

Python vs c# : It depends on what do you want to do by learning programming languages. You can’t compare These two languages, as both are used for different purposes. Imagine a man, who wants to do game development, but he is currently mastering PHP! How funny.

Well, pthon is used to make several applications, like Graphical User interface application, Games, 3d application, bussiness applications, web application, and many other applications. It is code readable, and it’s codes are short. But using it, may decrease your chance to learn other languages, and to learn computer processing and fundalmental computer theories.

C# is used to make almost anything! It is mostly used to code games, web apps and desktop apps. It can be also used to make mobile apps, and learning it is more knowledgable.

So, it depends on you, what do you want to do, and how much difficult language can you learn.
