Can I make someone unfollow me without blocking?

Hello there!I want to remove a person who is following me as a follower? Is there any option by which I can make someone unfollow me?

Sorry~ swim ~,but I asked for a way that would remove a person who is my follower from following me,I don't want the person to follow me but I can't find any way to do so. I don't want to chat with the person and tell him to unfollow him or even block him. I am only asking for a way to make him unfollow me. Anyways,thanks for your precious time ~swim~
