When I run the program it shows ====RESTART

I am new at python and programming in general. I tried the most basic one which is hello world. when i run the program it shows ====RESTART plus the file location of the file hello world====. Is this okay? because what i read and saw from tutorials is, it should only ====RESTART====. thanks for the help!!

It's perfectly fine, as long as there's a program called "Hello World".
