I'm afraid I have to disagree with Wen Qin Math is essential and not up to algebra. If you plan to major in Computer Science, you will most likely take Calculus I, Calculus II, Calculus III, Physics 1, Physics 2, Discrete Mathematics, Linear Algebra. That's eight courses that are core classes in my university, and there are more because computer science requires a lot of logic. Do not be discouraged; however, definitely prepare ahead of time because, in college, you need to grasp the concepts pretty much immediately.
