Why there is Not enough time for some code questions when you do a challenge?

There are some 2 dimension arrays code inside a nested for loop ect, which just by reading it is not enough time, good luck finding the output. I guess the people who have submitted them dont know that these questions are timed.

Because enough number of people voted for it, I think. There are some questions in each of the languages that require a lot more than 20 sec to manually iterate through all the calculations. On the other hand, hey, those are equally hard for your opponent, too ;)

these quizzes are checked by moderatos before being put in challenges. sometimes they change the quiz a little bit to make it easier to understand (this is what i experienced so far). I think the time is also specified by moderators. btw i agree some of those challenges are unfair

Perhaps they should have test the quiz before submiting it yo check level of dificulty. In programming sometimes it is hard to know the dificulty level of something before doing it.
