how do i make an executable out of a python program

i have pycharm, python 3.5, python 2.7 and py2exe 0.6

I forget the specifics since I did it a while ago but it involved using command line. Just look up how to make an exe with py2exe, or look at it's documentation. from what I remember it was pretty simple
