How To Use Unity ?

Can someone please explain how to use unity game engine to develop games . Also what programming languages does it support ? Does it support java (as thats the only programming language I know) ?

It is a stand alone program. all you need to create a game is ready in app. as i know you can write game logic using javascript and c#. whichever you like.
