Yes, but it is really basic. Maybe try Visual Studio Code.

Yes of course! Notepad++ is a very good text editor, especially for web languages. You can also try Sublime Text 3, especially for JS, as it is very lightweight and elegant. For HTML5 you must try Brackets by Adobe and use its live preview feature.

Yes, you can also use Notepad, Sublime and as someone else mentioned; Visual Studio Code It's all down to preference. You could also look into IDE's as a way to try and make websites. There's also apps like Serif WebPlus which makes Web development easier. There's advantages and disadvantages to everything so go with what you think is best!

Ya you can use html5 and javascript on notepad ++. Its nice to script in notepad ++ than ordinary notepad. And there are also some editors which are really cool than notepad ++.
