I'm not sure free is in your academic best interest as a 2nd year software engineer student... I would respectful recommend staying the course on your bachelors degree and beyond. You might explore additional courses through say https://www.purdueglobal.edu/request-information/?rraos=IT&source=SF46661&ve=61978&utm_source=CMN&utm_medium=agg&utm_campaign=computerscienceonlineorg&utm_term=186487663

Sololearn is free. Does that count? There are also sites like w3schools but I don't think their certificates are free. Most official certification is not free.

I think you should also try Code Camp their courses are really good and you get certified for free.

Codeacademy or freecodecamp are really interesting websites that you can get certified with and it is known by everyone. For more official I guess coursera.

codeacademy khan academy udemy w3 schools the basic point is just that most other websites have the endency of asking one to pay for the certificate before they could render you the right certificate

I don't know your purpose in getting a certificate but a university degree is the only one you need. It will be better to spend this time getting experience, so I suggest you start a project or participate in an open source one. Later, you'd be able to show not only what you have learned but what you have actually done.

You can take some udemy free courses. They provide certificate after completing the course. Even that's a free course.
