How much time do you need to get a job in web development?

Hello, how much time will take to learn html css and javascript and get an internship/junior position for a person with no math and technical knowledge. You can learn the basics for a job in 3-4 months? How is the best way to learn / do you have any resources or sugestions for studing? Also how many projects do you need to have before to apply for a job 2-3 are enough?
