I use Blender3D to create 3D animations and Blender3D works well for me. It is open source software, can be easily downloaded and easy to learn too.
There is a youtube channel named as BlenderGuru, it contains amazing videos through which you can learn Blender3D if you wish.
As far as language is concerned, Blender3D uses Python language.
