How to make a server on hotspot for connected wifi users?

When the user connect with my Hotspot network, then he/she can open my webpages.

first you'll need a http server on your phone. you can look for them in playstore, not sure about appstore i'm not apple user.

then put all your webfile inside the necessary folder, depend on the server configutration.
check your local ip address. tell your friend who are connected to your device to put that ip to their browser.
