Hi there. How can I learn in a bad environment?

I have problems in my university. Some of the doctors are not good enough to teach, and some of them are good, but they are fast in teaching, also teaching tools are not good. There is not enough computers. There is not any good resources. But I still work on my self and doing well with what I have. Beside the point, it is my first year in the university.
