My question is Which is better C++ or C#?

Well which thing is better depends upon what profit it gives to you.

C++ and c# both are developed from C and both are extremely powerfull language and both have scope in game industries or heavy projects.

I think c++ is little ahead then c# as it is more powerful and gives you more control

I agree with Dev only thing to add is C# has less memory management, it has a garbage collector. This is good and bad: Good because you don't really need to worry about memory leaks etc making c# easier to learn. Bad because you have less control .

So all depends on what you want to do?
