The body background-color overrides the border color when i try to chnage it with another color.

If my border color is white and i try to change it to red, it changes to the blue which is the background color. But the box-shadow effects still happen. Can anyone help me? I will post the code if needed

I missed the solid tag in the css files i found the error lol
