Is Sololearn enough?

When talking about sololearn in general, no specific language, is it enough to make you "fluent" in a language? Like, after you learn C++ for example, could you go and write a good application, or would you need more training?

I think it is not enough but it good tool to increase your skills you must keeping search on the field you want learn and its advanced parts

Even college won't be enough. They're good tools and experience, but you always need to go and continue learning, practising and working.
