What is react native ?

Is react native some how similar to Android studio? (If I'm wrong please correct me)
And why anyone use react native?

React Native is a js framework not any IDE. So it can't be similar to Android Studio.

For example: Spring and Hibernate is a framework but Eclipse is IDE.
