Recurring payment form

Question

How would I create a recurring donation form? I would like a monthly, annual, and one time option. I know how to link(PayPal/bank) account and create a form but am stuck on how to create options in which it will charge the donor automatically.....please help!!! This is for elementary school PTO...if we are able to accept donations this way it will really help our school!

I think you should create first Page or structure in html with css or not
And then JavaScript or Java jsp it will help you to creating a donation form.
And last one
You take idea from google or github or YouTube for your form Working fully functionaly.
