Vue is not present on laravel 6

Sincerely I really don't know why it is not.
There is vue component already installed in app.js when creating new project for laravel 5.8 but there is no vue when it comes to laravel 6.0 . Why ? How can i install vue component on laravel 6 ?

I figured it out .
First of all , you have to run "composer require laravel/ui" command in your project directory.Then run "php artisan ui vue"command then run "npm install && npm run dev " . Now you can see that there is vue component in your app.js .
