I think I wouldn't had learnt programming in Python. But I can't say what would happen to the rest of the people. Maybe lots of them wouldn't know programming, or they wouldn't know as much as they know now.
Who knows, someone said once (I don't remember who) that the only truth is the one we are living, you can't know what would happen if things were different

I would still be learning from Youtube and W3.com. On Reddit there's an r/daily programmer with new challenges to tackle. On Linux, there's tons of archives with FAQs and quick tips on python, plus python.org for everyone else.
In short, I wouldn't notice, honestly.
