What is the source that can teach a programming language complete?

To learn completely, you must dig into it yourself. Nobody can make a course that does that for you.

Usually you don’t learn a whole language inside / out. You just learn parts of a language necessary to do what you want your program to do

technically yeah; there are langauges like the “v programming language” that are so small that you can completely learn the whole language; but it’s not practical (and often not possible) to learn an entire programming language; learning to code is like learning to speak another language; you aren’t supposed to know every word of the language, you only learn enough to get around;

there are websites, usually specialized for concrete language, better from source that release language new version, tutorials or reference manual, api documentation, or there are many books you can buy it.
