Can store the any sensor data in the text format which is used along with raspberry Pi

So, i assume the ultra sonic sensor is connected to a raspberry. In this case, it should not be a problem to use python, as this is running on raspberry. What you need is propably a modul / library to get data from the sensor.
May be you can give a bit more details in the workflow steps you want to go.
