Getting old data by requesting a php page rather than actual data

Question

There is a page, http://www.xyxyxy.com/weather_cityA/cityA.php, that I request, this gives me a complete simple html page response, these data are looping each year, but one get the data following the date of visiting of this page, is there a parameter string or such thing that I can pass to this php page to get the data of a day other than today?
I tried this ...cityA.php?date=date string, but nothing happened, is there a solution or possibility to do that.
