Which code language is the best in creating some artsy websites? (Pros and cons?) thank you!!

For making websites, you will need to know HTML and CSS (and JavaScript if you want to make them interactive).

HTML defines the structure of a website.
CSS defines the style of the website.
JavaScript allows the user to interact with the website.

For backend, you could learn php, C# (asp.net), Django (python), Node.js (JavaScript) or many others.
