Is any program language is 100% accurate?

hello friends
one doubt always confuse me , and I m asking this question because I see this problem many time that when we make any program using different language , if no of users is extremely high in this application application change it behavior little bit
1. I saw this problem in tally.erp9 it suddenly stops saving voucher.
2. in busy accounting software application automatically start sending email ,
3. in indiamart as users increase scroll system stops work , and some time screen fixed.

This isn't a problem with the programming language. It's a problem with the program, in which these misbehaviours are caused by bugs in the program. The bigger and more complex your program is, the greater chances are that bugs exists. Still, bug-free programs do exists.
