I want to receive proper value, can anyone help?

So, I doing bubble tea machine that calculate the price and change, but I can't input the proper value. For instance, My program has 5 numbers of product that you can select. (Tea,chocolate,etc.), but if I enter the number that is not related to the following, it will show "Sorry" and request you to enter again. The problem is the error appear to show different error. (some number I enter it show "Sorry" but some number I enter show infinite loop of "Sorry") Can anyone help?
