How to create any app???

First of all!!!!!
You need to decide forn which platform you want to develop app!
For example, if you want to develop an app for windows, you need ti study programming languages such as C++, python, etc (any one, not all)
Else if
You want to develop for android, go with java or kotlin.

Learn Java, Kotlin. Take online courses. Do study official docs of java and android.
I use android studio for creating apps. There are many other platforms too which you can use to develop apps.

Learn any general purpose languages .
I suggest you to learn java because nowadays java is used everywhere
In the filed like AI , internet of things ,NASA,Android,desktop.
So highly preferable language is java for sure.

All it can be done with Python.
Python is mainly famous for AI and Data science .
But for game and real life highly complex application
you may like c++ and java over Python.
And python is not a wise choice for freelancers.

C++ for build a chess engine! :D

Python is a scientific programming language. I mean in my opinion it is a manual calculator! best one!!!

Also, JavaScript + React Native (it is a framework) are good brothers for android apps but Java is best (for example in android studio, Java works perfect for you.)
