which language should I use to make a realtime group tracking application?

i'm thinking about developping my own application to track the GPS signals sent from different cars. let's say about 30 to 50 unit at the same time. so what language is most compatible with this?

Learn Java and Android Studio then you can create it for the phone.

I'm not sure what language you'll need for PC but it will most likely be either C++ or Java. You can do more research on this before deciding on a language. Good luck
