Hi..
I want make a web or an app like YouTube in java or c# and I don't know what should I do..what should I learn..I need help for its algorithm..
Please suggest me some web or book or keywords and articles that I study and learn them..
Please help me..

You would need to know atleast 1 general purpose programming language (Java, C#, C++, Python, I don't know which would work best) and database languages such as SQL.
