I need practical challenges that will help me to improve my skills of HTML and CSS. Probably maybe a website that help one to improve and become a professional website developer.

You can do this by setting up a sample website, simply find a free host, or learn how to local host on your computer and create a blank html document, start setting up by applying learned skillsets in the HTML/css course. Set some css rules and spread your wings.
Alternatively you can right click and inspect any website in a modern web browser to look 'under the hood'.
