Please can someone help me the apps that is used to create website?

You can create a website using notepad if you know HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You can also create a website with Microsoft Publisher, Zimdo Creator etc.

Use notepad++ and save file as somthing.html after that you can open by double clicking on file, contents will open in your browser.
