I’ve taken a quick look on it and i was a bit confused on what the purpose was, this was just an overlook, seeing moving text at 15fps is not a pleasure, i think that you can redesign and get some information about what it is all about.
I think that you have to get better design and small adverts somewhere if you want it to get more trafic.

youre saying that you want more trafic trough the job portal, do you want random users that work in this profesion or just people from one spesific workspace?
