I want to learn swing is it better than other or not.

Its always better to learn something.. ..
Apart from that.. I think,
Swing are used to create UI. But now most company's are preferring to JavaFX, (and some other there) in combining to java. they dont ask for swing knowledge specially but if they need ui designer specially, then they prefer to advanced framework specialist.
If you have swing knowledge, it going to be advantage only..in addition to java, but not for ui specialist. and It will not take much time to learn.. So learn it.. Then go for Java'FX also. this is my suggestion. You can decide depending your requirement. All the best..
