please give the example and how to gain xp ?

the challenge consist of 5 questions which u have to answer, u will get around 20 Sec for each question, questions will be based on that programming language in which u have got the challenge, they can be of any type multiple choice/fill in the blanks/more than 1 correct answer type... whosoever scores more will win and will earn xp or lose xp accordingly...
u will understand better if u play any challenge

no they aren't same ....the level varies, some are so simple that can be completed in just 5 Sec while others can take more than 20 Sec also
but u will understand more better if u challenge someone
