Hey guys I need your suggestions about how to efficiently approach zco .

Question

I mean usually I can understand the logics of given problem but I stuck at it's implementation (my language is JAVA) , not in the writing the code sense , but in the way I should structure the algorithm for given problem .
Now foremost among different approaches is the DP (dynamic programming) .
I request you guys please at least guide me ,please .
I m just stucked at all.
