In the leaderboard my xp is 40+ while in my profile it is 2887 approx.

Can anyone explain this?

Its not a problem if you skip one day. But if you want to reach the top then you need to play a lot of challenges or learn a course.

In the leaderboard there's a dropdown list of options... Today(this is today's) This week(current week) This month(current month) All time(this is your total life time xp) Also xps are earned by streak(daily login), challenges, badges, courses, best answer in Q&A
