jquery 3.1.1

Can somebody send me jquery 3.1.1 version, downloaded in notepad? I'm without internet on my computer and I'm not able to download it with my phone..

how could we then send it to you, if you have no Internet?!!!???

Just use your phone like a "router" and connect it to your pc (you have to have Internet on your phone because you're posting here)

so many android applications and still no one had made select all option for text. you must scrolling and scrolling and scrolling, and when you come to an end last few rows are impossible to select!!! and why is so hard for jquery creators to attach one downloadable .js file, instead of opening a huge code, which one have to select first, then copy into his own notepad and save. omg, why everything has to be so complicated????
