Need an app or website developer

Question

I have html, css and js codes. Actually i m from civil engineer background, so i donno how to convert these codes into an app or web link. If anyone interested please help me and I’ll send my codes.

You can't make app using only Html, CSS and JavaScript. To make Mobile application you need some other languages like Java, Flutter Dart framework or React Native JS framework.

If you are from other background and coming in programming field then you should learn the Languages and know how to make web application or mobile application.
