a && b is true if either a or b is true

why that didn't be accepted in Conditionals and Loops Quiz?

A && B is true when both A and B is true (1) as it perform multiplication operation so for that both value should be true that is 1. So the statement either a or b is false that's why its not accepted in quiz. A OR B is give true when any one operand is true Pyae Sone Kyaw

&& -> this is a logical AND operator Both sides have to be true in order for it to return true.

No, you might be confusing || and &&.
